1. All Sales Final / No Refund Policy

All treatments, packages, and memberships are sold as prepaid services and are non-refundable.

By purchasing any service, clients acknowledge that:
 – All sales are final
 – No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used services
 – Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or relocation do not qualify for refunds

Our goal is to ensure clients receive the full value of their purchase through available service options.

2. Medical Contraindication Policy

If a client becomes unable to continue treatments due to a medical condition, accommodations may be considered.

To qualify:
 – A brief note from a licensed physician is required
 – The note must confirm the treatment is currently contraindicated
 -The note must indicate whether the restriction is temporary or permanent

After review, one of the following options may be offered:
 – Placement of sessions on hold for future use
 – Transfer of sessions to another individual, subject to approval
 – Conversion to an alternative treatment, if appropriate

A minimum 60-day non-usage period may be required before accommodations are approved.

3. No Expiration of Services

All purchased sessions and packages do not expire.

Clients may use their treatments at any time in the future, subject to:
 – Medical eligibility
 – Provider availability

Temporary inability to receive treatment does not affect the value of purchased services.

4. Package & Promotion Rules

– Package deals listed in our online menu cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers
– Promotional pricing is subject to verification and may be modified or denied if eligibility requirements are not met

5. New Client Specials

– Available only to clients who have not received services at Dream Body Medspa within the previous 12 months
– Must be purchased directly through Dream Body Medspa
– Not valid with third-party credits or vouchers, including Groupon, ClassPass, or similar platforms

6. Dream Pass Membership Terms

– Requires a 3-month minimum commitment
– Early cancellation incurs a fee equal to 50% of remaining charges within the initial term
– After the initial term, membership continues month-to-month

Cancellation policy:
– Must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled autopay date

Billing:
– Memberships are billed monthly via automatic payment

Usage:
– Sessions are non-transferable
– Memberships cannot be paused
– Up to 3 weekly sessions may be cancelled and saved as rollover sessions while active
– Unused rollover sessions are forfeited upon cancellation

7. Scheduling & Appointment Policy

– Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
– A minimum of 48 hours between sessions is required

Late changes or missed appointments:
– $40 fee for single treatment
– $60 fee for Full Body + Face combo treatment

8. General Policy Enforcement

Dream Body Medspa reserves the right to interpret and apply these terms consistently and in accordance with applicable California law.
